The management as a process is a series of inter-related functions by which the administration within an organization develops and controls the resources of the organization to achieve goals, by planning, organizing, directing and controlling.






the aspects of management as process : 

1- social process: the humans is the most important resources in the company, Management must make good use of human resources to create value for example: manage the diversity of human resources.

2- integrating process: The company has many types of resources, the administration is interested in merging these resources with each other in order to achieve integration.

3- continuous process:  Whatever the company's strength the management concerned with constantly identifying the problem and solving them.
