Management as an Art

management art means that you apply your knowledge (general theoretical principles) and skills in management for achieving the best result, A.i a manager to be successful in his profession must acquire the knowledge of science & the art of applying it.

The Art of management has the following characters :

1)practical knowledge: theory is not sufficient for managers. It is very important to know the practical application of theoretical principles when they managing company.

2)Personal Skill: all managers may have the same theoretical base and knowledge, but a different level of success and quality of performance, because every manager has a different way of using this theoretical base and knowledge.

3)Creativity: creativity makes the manager combine all human and financial resources .... to create value and excellence.

4)Perfection through practise: Practice trial and error makes the manager Strong, more proficient and expert.

5)Goal-Oriented: Management seeks to achieve results and pre-determined goals, using various resources to promote the growth of an organization.

Thus, we can say that management is an art of the highest order because it deals with the attitude and behaviour of people at work towards pre-determined goals.
