What is Management ?

The management is a very popular term, every thinker has defined the  management according to his thinking.

In general, it is the effective and rational use of financial, material and human resources to achieve the goal/goals of the organization.

of course, we know all that every company has pre-determined goals, (small-term, medium-term or long-term goals). the management is the process of working with and through others using the limited resources to effectively achieve these goals.

Management involves creating an internal environment , Therefore, it is the responsibility of management to create the best conditions which are conducive to maximum efforts so that people can perform their task efficiently and effectively.

example " the management ensuring the availability of raw materials and determination of wages and salaries and formulation of rules & regulations ... "

       in management, we have two important words, effective and efficient!

effectiveness = doing the right things opposite of ineffectiveness = doing the wrong thing 

efficiency = doing the things right  opposite of inefficiency = doing the thing wrong
